2020 has encouraged people to pay closer attention to their health, particularly habits around limiting the spread of infectious diseases. Considering hospitals, emergency rooms and general health services are at higher risk of exposure, many people with more mild symptoms would prefer to avoid these areas if shown an alternative solution.

We designed several user personas to represent the different types of people who would benefit from our product. Pierce is a middle aged man who tends to isn’t a fan of newer tech systems. But we convinced Pierce to give it a try through a well designed interface, we would be an incredibly loyal customer.

Final Design

Following several usability studies, heuristic evaluations and professional feedback sessions we arrived at our final interactive prototype. The best takeaways from the criticisms were alignment advice and coloring changes to facilitate better accessibility.
